A Bit About Me

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in treating Anxiety, Depression, Personality Disorders, and Trauma. I became a counselor because I believe everyone is capable of growth and change. If you are ready to start down that road to becoming a better version of yourself, we can take that journey together. My style is warm, affirming, and solution focused. During your first session, we'll discuss what brought you to therapy and what your goals are, and work on a plan to help you meet those goals.

In our subsequent session I'll use a collaborative approach that integrates evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered techniques, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). These techniques will help challenge existing belief and help you learn strategies to live your best life.
